Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Izzet spellslinger and cheat combo strategy commanded by Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger. The central game plan accelerates into an early deployment of the commander on Turn 3 using low-curve artifact ramp like Arcane Signet and Sol Ring. Once on the battlefield, the deck utilizes top-deck sculptors such as Brainstorm, Mystical Tutor, Personal Tutor, and Scroll Rack to place massive sorceries—specifically Enter the Infinite or extra-turn spells like Expropriate, Time Warp, and Temporal Manipulation—on top of the library. On Turn 4, Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger attacks and connects with flying evasion, casting Enter the Infinite for free to draw the entire deck and win immediately via Thassa's Oracle. The list is heavily insulated by format-defining free countermagic and includes a resilient secondary win line through Underworld Breach and Brain Freeze.
