Deck overview

This is a five-color Dragon tribal battlecruiser helmed by The Ur-Dragon, built to exploit its eminence cost reduction to cast Dragons ahead of curve and its attack trigger to draw cards and dump permanents onto the battlefield for free. The primary win is overwhelming combat damage from a flying Dragon swarm, amplified by ETB pings from Scourge of Valkas and Terror of the Peaks, damage doubling from Twinflame Tyrant, extra combat steps from Scourge of the Throne, and explosive attack-phase mana from Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient and Old Gnawbone. Tiamat and Defense of the Heart provide massive tutor effects to assemble the swarm, while Kindred Discovery, Rhystic Study, and Mystic Remora keep the hand full. The deck is a classic big-mana value engine that aims to out-muscle the table with evasive, high-power Dragons before opponents can stabilize.
