Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Elfball combo strategy centered on Thranduil, the Elvenking. It uses low-cost mana elves to accelerate ahead of curve, then tutors key creatures directly into the graveyard. Because Thranduil gains all activated abilities of Elf cards in your graveyard, entombing Devoted Druid and Greenhilt Trainee creates an infinite power and mana engine. From there, activated abilities like Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord or Ezuri, Renegade Leader close out the game on the spot. The deck includes backup combo lines with Necrotic Ooze, Umbral Mantle, and Staff of Domination, ensuring high resilience against single-target removal. While vulnerable to early graveyard hate and board sweepers, the deck leverages efficient green-blue-black tutors to achieve fast, consistent turn-4 victories.
