This Grixis turbo deck wins with Thassa's Oracle paired with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact to empty the library and win on the spot. Its backup is the Underworld Breach loop with Brain Freeze, Lion's Eye Diamond and Lotus Petal to generate infinite storm and mill into the same Oracle win. Kefka, Court Mage is a pure value engine that forces discards and draws cards by type; you almost never pay eight to flip into Kefka, Ruler of Ruin, though the back face can draw heavily with Vivi Ornitier and Orcish Bowmasters triggers. Vivi Ornitier and Necropotence act as hidden commanders, providing mana and cards when Kefka is absent.
