Deck overview

This Golgari deck leverages Exdeath, Void Warlock // Neo Exdeath, Dimension's End as an explosive graveyard-scaling voltron commander. The primary strategy accelerates mana through 1-drop dorks and rapidly stocks the graveyard with permanent cards via efficient self-mill engines such as Stitcher's Supplier, Satyr Wayfinder, and Grapple with the Past. Upon reaching six permanents in the graveyard, Exdeath transforms on the end step into Neo Exdeath, a formidable trample beater whose power scales with the graveyard. The deck equips Neo Exdeath with devastating combat enhancers such as Excalibur, Sword of Eden, Genji Glove, and Commander's Plate to eliminate opponents through lethal commander damage. A dense suite of 1-mana protection spells shields the commander against removal, while backup threats like Lord of Extinction and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord provide resilient, non-combat table-wide burn finishes.
