Deck overview

This is a classic Nekusar, the Mindrazer wheels-and-punishment Commander deck. The plan is to land the 5-mana commander on curve, then force the whole table to draw extra cards through wheels and symmetrical draw effects while Underworld Dreams, Spiteful Visions, Fate Unraveler, Ob Nixilis, the Hate-Twisted, and Psychosis Crawler convert each draw into life loss. The discard side of wheels is weaponized by Megrim, Liliana's Caress, and Waste Not. The clean infinite kill is active Bloodchief Ascension plus Mindcrank, while Phyresis can turn Nekusar's pings into poison and Laboratory Maniac offers a long-game self-draw out. Chameleon, Master of Disguise acts as a hidden second Nekusar by copying him, and the transforming Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin and Kuja, Genome Sorcerer // Trance Kuja, Fate Defied are incidental value engines. Nekusar matters, but the enchantment shell can still burn opponents if he is answered.
