Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Golgari token aggro and aristocrats strategy led by Camellia, the Seedmiser. The game plan revolves around generating Food and Squirrel tokens, utilizing forage mechanics to exile cards from the graveyard or sacrifice Foods to buff your board with +1/+1 counters and grant all Squirrels menace. Efficient 1-2 CMC acceleration allows Camellia, the Seedmiser to enter on Turn 2 or 3, establishing active token production alongside engines like Peregrin Took, Witch's Oven, and Vinereap Mentor by Turn 4. Critical onset is reached around Turn 6 through mass token swarms, unblockable menace attacks, and drain effects from Valley Rotcaller and Nadier's Nightblade. The deck backs up its proactive board with premier Golgari removal, including Assassin's Trophy and Swarmyard Massacre, while retaining resilience through graveyard flashback spells and independent overrun engines like Night of the Sweets' Revenge.
