Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Aristocrats and Voltron deck led by Super Shredder. The commander enters early for two mana and grows whenever any permanent leaves the battlefield under any player's control. The primary strategy uses symmetric sacrifice spells like Fleshbag Marauder and Plaguecrafter alongside token generators like Ophiomancer and Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia. Each edict removes opposing creatures while placing multiple +1/+1 counters on Super Shredder. As Shredder rapidly grows into a massive double-digit threat with natural menace, equipment like Whispersilk Cloak and Prowler's Helm makes it unblockable. The deck eliminates opponents through lethal commander combat damage, burst spells like Rite of Consumption and Essence Harvest, or Aristocrat drain engines like Bastion of Remembrance and Blood Artist. An alternate infinite combo with Animation Module and Ashnod's Altar provides infinite colorless mana and infinite power to close out stalled games.
