Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos spellslinger and asymmetric control strategy commanded by Judith, Carnage Connoisseur. The primary plan leverages Judith's ability to grant deathtouch and lifelink to instant and sorcery spells, turning cheap one-damage sweepers like Blazing Volley and End the Festivities into one-sided board wipes for a single mana. These wipes clear opposing boards, eliminate commanders and mana dorks, and gain massive amounts of life to stabilize. Behind this creature lockdown, the deck develops pingers such as Guttersnipe, Firebrand Archer, and Fiery Inscription, alongside mana engines like Storm-Kiln Artist and Birgi, God of Storytelling. Once mana velocity is established, the deck chains low-cost cantrips, rituals, and draw spells to deal 40 noncombat damage directly to every opponent simultaneously. With alternative win conditions like Bolas's Citadel, Aetherflux Reservoir, and Repercussion, the deck combines ruthless board suppression with explosive multi-target burn.
