Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. The primary game plan converts cheap noncreature spells into lethal burn and card advantage. By attaching damage-triggered draw effects like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout to Vivi, every noncreature spell cast deals 1 damage to each opponent and draws 3 cards. This allows the pilot to chain through rituals, cantrips, and untap spells in a single explosive turn. The deck finishes by burning out all opponents with Vivi's scaling damage triggers, generating infinite storm and Treasures with Storm-Kiln Artist and Haze of Rage, or resolving Thassa's Oracle after drawing the library. Strong 0-to-1 mana interaction defends the combo turn.
