Format: Commander

Commander: Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow leads a tempo-ninja deck that cheats Yuriko into play with commander ninjutsu off unblockable 1-drops, then turns every ninja combat hit into cards and drain. The primary plan stacks the top of the library with high mana value cards like Draco and Shadow of Mortality using Sensei's Divining Top, Scroll Rack and Brainstorm, so each Yuriko trigger hits all opponents for 10-16. Secondary paths use extra-turn spells and value ninjas such as Ingenious Infiltrator and Mist-Syndicate Naga to multiply triggers and close with combat. Yuriko is the engine; Satoru, the Infiltrator and Kaito planeswalkers act as hidden draw engines when Yuriko is offline.
