Jose's Deck by riledantics

Format: Commander

Commander: Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Orzhov deck wins by turning every point of life gain into opponent life loss. You establish small lifegain triggers (Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, Suture Priest) and then deploy drain engines such as Sanguine Bond, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Vizkopa Guildmage, Enduring Tenacity and South Wind Avatar. Big bursts come from Swords to Plowshares on Soul of Eternity or Revival // Revenge, doubled by Rhox Faithmender and Alhammarret's Archive. Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim acts as a sacrifice outlet and conditional exile removal once you are 10 life above starting total, not as the main engine. The hidden commander is the redundant drain package led by Vizkopa Guildmage and Vito.
