Format: Commander

Commander: Sophia, Dogged Detective

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a three-color changeling/tribal value deck built around Sophia, Dogged Detective, and Maskwood Nexus. It wants to turn every creature into every creature type, then use overlapping tribal engines: Dogs turn combat damage into Food and Clues, Beasts draw cards, Elves and Slivers make mana, and Oozes explode through Biowaste Blob. The primary finish is an exponentially growing Ooze army, with Mirror Entity and Chameleon Colossus as secondary burst finishers. The deck is not a combo list; it wins through board presence and repeated combat. Its main problems are a mana base with only Forests and minimal stack interaction, so early color fixing is the real bottleneck.
