Deck overview

This is a mono-green Bear tribal beatdown deck helmed by Beorn the Fierce. The plan is to flood the board with cheap Bears and Bear tokens, turn them into hard-to-block, trampling 4/4+ threats through Beorn the Fierce's anthem, and use his combat trigger to draw into more gas. The deck leans heavily on redundant Bear effects, token generators like Grizzly Fate and Words of Wilding, and +1/+1 counter multiplication from Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, and Innkeeper's Talent. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins by grinding out a wide, recursive battlefield, often with Ruxa, Patient Professor making vanilla Bears impossible to block. Ayula, Queen Among Bears and Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma function as important secondary engines in the 99. Its main strengths are redundancy and inevitability; its main vulnerabilities are board wipes and a near-total lack of stack interaction.
