Unleash the vigilante with taxpayers' money by Segario

Format: Commander

Commander: Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Bant legendary-creature value deck built almost entirely around the back face of Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man. The plan is to get the commander out early, transform it, and then use web-slinging to cast huge legendary spells for just {G}{W}{U} plus a tapped creature. The deck leans on mana dorks to accelerate the transformation and to serve as the tapped creature the ability demands. From there, it chains legends like Helga, Skittish Seer, The Sixth Doctor, Gandalf the White, and The Seriema into explosive payoffs such as Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant and Myojin of Life's Web, dumping an entire hand onto the battlefield. The primary win is an overwhelming combat kill powered by Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus, Sun Quan, Lord of Wu, and Akroma's Will. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through sheer legend-sized board presence.
