Is it Wrong to Call Ghouls in a Graveyard? by veltas

Deck overview

This mono-black Commander deck is built around Ghoulcaller Gisa, leveraging Zombie tribal synergies to build massive token armies and convert them into lethal damage or life drain. In the early game, the deck establishes board presence with low-cost Zombies, aristocrat engines, and mana rocks before casting Gisa on Turn 4 or 5. By sacrificing oversized creatures such as Rotting Regisaur or recurring fodder like Gravecrawler, Gisa quickly multiplies power into wide boards of 2/2 Zombies. Closed-table finishes are achieved through tribal anthem stacking, Coat of Arms, Shepherd of Rot, or Ayara, First of Locthwain triggers. While the deck possesses explosive token production and solid card draw from death triggers, it relies heavily on natural draws due to a lack of tutors and remains vulnerable to sweepers and non-creature permanents.
