Deck overview

This deck utilizes Lorehold, the Historian to break the mana curve by granting every instant and sorcery card in hand miracle {2}. Lorehold's upkeep trigger lets you discard a card and draw at the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, turning that draw into your first draw of their turn and enabling instant-speed miracle casts of game-ending sorceries. High-impact spells such as Storm Herd, Rise of the Eldrazi, Call Forth the Tempest, and mass reanimation spells like Wake the Past and Brilliant Restoration can be cast for just two mana. Topdeck manipulation tools like Penance, Scroll Rack, and Library of Leng guarantee optimal miracle sequencing. In addition to spell-based win conditions, the deck dumps massive artifact threats like Triplicate Titan, Krang, Utrom Warlord, and Portal to Phyrexia into the graveyard to rebuild overwhelming boards in a single turn.
