Assassino!

Format: Commander

Commander: Ezio Auditore da Firenze

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ezio Auditore da Firenze commands a five-color Assassin kindred aggro deck that focuses on evasive combat and sudden player elimination. The deck casts Ezio on turn two to unlock aggressive freerunning costs on spells like Eagle Vision and Restart Sequence while drawing cards through combat damage triggers. To finish the game, the deck uses massive life-halving effects such as Virtus the Veiled, Unstoppable Slasher, and Rush of Dread to rapidly drag life totals to ten or below. Once an opponent reaches this threshold, Ezio connects directly using evasion cards like Brotherhood Regalia and pays WUBRG to eliminate them, or wins via Ramses, Assassin Lord.
