Deck overview

This Fire Lord Azula deck is a high-synergy Grixis combat spellslinger list designed to convert attack steps into explosive spell velocity. Azula acts as both mana engine and copy outlet, generating {R}{R} firebending mana on attack and copying any spell cast during combat. The deck leverages this ability by copying lethal power-doubling combat tricks like Unleash Fury and Bulk Up, one-shotting opponents with commander damage while generating huge value from Magecraft staples such as Archmage Emeritus, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Sedgemoor Witch. When combat paths stall, the deck can pivot into a sudden infinite win condition using Dualcaster Mage and Molten Duplication, creating infinite hasty tokens. Supported by efficient Grixis interaction and instant-speed protection, the deck applies relentless pressure starting on Turn 5 and consistently closes the table by Turn 7.
