Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Villain tribal midrange strategy commanded by Thanos, the Mad Titan. The primary game plan revolves around developing a board of synergistic Villain creatures that grow through +1/+1 counters, connive triggers, and combat abilities. Once the mana base develops to support all five colors and colorless mana, Thanos activates his Power-up ability to selectively wipe the board of all odd or even opposing creatures while sparing himself and key allies. The deck capitalizes on this asymmetric clearance to push lethal combat damage using heavy hitters like Red Hulk, Rhino, Barreling Brute, and Vulture, Scheming Scavenger. While the deck features versatile creature removal and solid death-trigger recursion, it lacks fast mana acceleration, relying on natural land progression and fair combat to eliminate opponents over multiple turn cycles.
