Dihada & Kaalia Against the World by ZodiacSeeker

Format: Commander

Commander: Dihada, Binder of Wills

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Mardu legendary-creatures value deck that uses Dihada, Binder of Wills as a hybrid draw engine, treasure generator, and protection piece. Dihada's -3 digs four cards for legendary spells, bins extra legends to fuel the graveyard, and creates Treasures that smooth the deck's very high curve. The deck wins primarily through combat: hardcast or reanimated Angels, Demons, and Dragons with flying and lifelink, accelerated by Kaalia of the Vast's attack trigger and Quicksilver Amulet. Reanimation is everywhere - Reanimate, Primevals' Glorious Rebirth, Reya Dawnbringer, Rodolf Duskbringer, Shilgengar, Sire of Famine, and Tomb Fortress - so the deck expects to grind opponents down over multiple attacks. Secondary lines include recurring Kokusho, the Evening Star drains and Liliana's Contract's four-Demon alternate win. Dihada, Binder of Wills's +2 makes one legendary creature unkillable each turn, and her ultimate can steal the whole board for a sudden kill.
