Commander: Rin and Seri, Inseparable

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Rin and Seri is a Naya Dog/Cat tribal deck that floods the battlefield with 1/1 tokens and wins through a critical-mass combat step. The commander creates a Dog token whenever a Cat spell is cast and a Cat token whenever a Dog spell is cast, so every cheap creature also adds a body. The primary plan is to curve Dogs/Cats into Rin and Seri, burst with Release the Dogs or Howlpack Piper, then break the game open with Gruul War Chant and Collective Inferno. Arahbo, Roar of the World is a hidden commander: once on board, its eminence and attack trigger turn Rin and Seri into a commander-damage kill. The secondary plan is grinding value from surveil, cantrips, and recursion while using flexible removal to clear blockers.
