Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius Vehicles control deck led by Shorikai, Genesis Engine. The strategy focuses on establishing early mana acceleration to deploy Shorikai by Turn 3 or 4, leveraging its repeatable activation to draw cards, filter resources, and build a wide board of Pilot tokens. Because Shorikai and other Vehicles remain noncreature artifacts when not crewed, the deck can safely deploy asymmetric board wipes like Supreme Verdict, Sunfall, and Perplexing Test to clear opposing creatures while preserving its own infrastructure. In the mid-to-late game, the deck transitions into a lethal threat using heavy finishers such as Cyberdrive Awakener, Parhelion II, and Reaver Titan, animating its fleet to eliminate opponents in combat. A robust suite of free and efficient counterspells and spot removal safeguards the board, while artifact tutors ensure reliable access to key vehicles and enablers.
