Deck overview

This five-color Commander deck unites Leonardo, the Balance and Raphael, the Muscle to execute a potent +1/+1 counters and combat-damage strategy. Early turns focus on fixing colors and establishing token producers like Splinter, the Mentor and Michelangelo, the Heart. Once Leonardo enters on Turn 4, any token generation places +1/+1 counters on your entire team. Raphael follows on Turn 5, immediately supplying a Mutagen artifact token that triggers Leonardo while turning on Raphael's static ability to double all damage dealt by creatures with counters. From Turn 6 onward, the deck converts this board presence into lethal combat steps, enhanced by Leonardo's five-color ability granting menace, trample, and lifelink. Asymmetric wipes like Damning Verdict and Wave Goodbye clear away opposing blockers while sparing your modified board. Without reliant infinite combos, the deck relies on steady combat scaling, lifegain stabilization, and resilient commander synergy to eliminate the table across two response cycles.
