Deck overview

The Emperor of Palamecia is a two-mana mana dork that ramps only into noncreature spells and transforms after three four-plus-mana noncreature spells. The deck is built to reach the Lord Master of Hell and kill with Starfall, using draw-discard spells, rituals, and self-mill to make the graveyard count lethal. Prismari, the Inspiration is the hidden commander: it gives storm to every instant and sorcery, enabling a copy-loop finish with Return the Favor and Reverberate, or a stormed Brain Freeze. Thousand-Year Storm, Mizzix's Mastery, and Past in Flames provide secondary spell-recursion paths. The deck is a spellslinger that can pivot from commander damage to storm milling depending on the table.
