Deck overview

This deck is a **Cat tribal** build helmed by Nethroi, Apex of Death. The primary plan is to deploy a wide board of Cats, use Nethroi's mutate ability to reanimate a mass of small Cats from the graveyard at once, and overwhelm opponents through combat damage with multiple lord effects (Regal Caracal, King of the Pride, Kaheera, the Orphanguard) and token generators (Pride Sovereign, Oketra's Monument). The deck also leans on +1/+1 counter synergies (Scythecat Cub, The Earth Crystal) and a handful of value pieces (Temur Sabertooth, Gloomshrieker). There are no infinite combos; all wins come from incremental combat damage. The mana base is heavy on Forests, with limited white and black sources, and the curve is relatively high for a tribal aggro deck.
