Deck overview

This deck leverages Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man as a commander-centric artifact cheat engine. In the early game, Tony digs four cards deep to locate high-impact Equipment and artifact behemoths like Portal to Phyrexia, Argentum Armor, and Cityscape Leveler. On Turn 5, Tony transforms for {4}{U}{R} into The Invincible Iron Man, a 5/5 flying, haste threat that cheats massive artifacts into play and automatically equips gear at the start of combat. The deck uses heavy equipment buffs and extra combat steps from Karlach, Fury of Avernus to eliminate opponents through commander damage, while Portal to Phyrexia starves opposing boards. Backup plans include Construct token swarms from Simulacrum Synthesizer and an infinite combat loop with Aggravated Assault and Sword of Feast and Famine. High tutor density and free protective spells ensure reliable execution.
