Deck overview

This Temur deck is built around Xyris, the Writhing Storm, transforming symmetrical card draw and wheel effects into an overwhelming army of 1/1 Snake tokens and decisive burst damage. The deck accelerates in the opening turns using efficient ramp to cast Xyris on Turn 4. On Turn 5, it deploys enter-the-battlefield damage enablers like Impact Tremors, Molten Gatekeeper, or Witty Roastmaster and casts cheap wheel spells like Winds of Change or Burning Inquiry. When opponents draw cards, Xyris creates dozens of Snakes, immediately burning the table for massive damage. Surviving opponents are given a single turn cycle to answer the board before an overrun effect like Triumph of the Hordes or Goblin Bombardment eliminates all players on Turn 6. Backup token powerhouses like The Locust God and Koma, Cosmos Serpent ensure high resilience if the commander is removed.
