Deck overview

This deck is a specialized four-color Polymorph strategy built around Jace, Multiverse Architect. The list excludes low-cost utility creatures entirely, filling those functional slots with noncreature token generators such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Lingering Souls. Once mana acceleration and a token are established, casting Jace on Turn 4 allows an immediate -3 loyalty activation to flip directly into one of 15 massive creatures or utility planeswalkers. Payoffs like Archon of Cruelty, Hullbreaker Horror, and Serra's Emissary exert heavy battlefield control, while Moonshaker Cavalry and Archfiend of Despair close out the game through overwhelming combat damage. A dense package of 2-CMC mana rocks ensures consistent four-color mana fixing, and cards like Brainstorm and Brainsurge tuck high-cost threats drawn into hand back into the library. Supported by efficient countermagic and free protection spells like Flawless Maneuver, the deck transitions seamlessly from early-game setup to decisive high-power dominance.
