Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed competitive Izzet spellslinger combo engine led by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi functions as both a scaling mana generator and an asymmetric burn outlet. Every noncreature spell adds a +1/+1 counter to Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent, while Vivi's tap-free activated ability converts that power directly into blue and red mana once each turn. The deck leverages this synergy to establish rapid wins as early as Turn 2 or 3. Attaching Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout to Vivi draws three cards per noncreature spell cast, quickly churning through the library to assemble game-ending storm sequences.
