Super Stompy Creatures and Lands by Kalwa

Format: Commander

Commander: Gilanra, Caller of Wirewood and Alena, Kessig Trapper

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Gilanra and Alena form a red-green partner engine that converts big power into mana and cards. The primary plan is to land large creatures, use Alena's floating red to chain extra spells, and turn that mana into multiple combats with Moraug or Bloodthirster. Xenagos, Cyclops, and Surrak supply haste, while cascade and discover effects keep the hand full. This is a battlecruiser deck: it can goldfish on turn 7 with a perfect sequence, but typically needs turns 8-9. No true infinite combo is present; the practical hidden commander is the Moraug-plus-landfall shell, with Kodama acting as a bonus value piece.
