Format: Commander

Commander: Aerith Gainsborough

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-white list is a lifegain-and-Angel value deck rather than an all-in combo. Aerith Gainsborough is a cheap lifelink commander who stockpiles +1/+1 counters and can donate them to other legends when she dies, but the primary engines live in the 99: Soul Warden and Serra Ascendant create early life, while Righteous Valkyrie, Archangel of Thune, Resplendent Angel, and The Wind Crystal convert that life into a growing board and card flow. Heliod, Sun-Crowned functions as a hidden commander for the counter/lifegain axis. The deck closes with Felidar Sovereign's upkeep trigger or repeated Aetherflux Reservoir activations, backed by Avacyn and Teferi's Protection.
