Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant leads a mono-blue artifact-control deck built to resolve the Praetor and then double every artifact, instant, and sorcery spell that matters. The primary plan is artifact ramp and Urzatron mana into a copied Darksteel Colossus or an Omniscience-fueled extra-turn chain; secondary paths are Psychosis Crawler pings from mass draw and Tezzeret-animated artifact beats. Jin-Gitaxias also acts as a one-per-turn counterspell against opponents' noncreature spells. There is no hidden commander or double-faced commander; the list is centered entirely on the Progress Tyrant's copy trigger.
