Deck overview

This Dimir deck executes a dedicated reanimation strategy that stocks the graveyard through early looting, self-mill, and entomb effects before cheating game-warping threats onto the battlefield ahead of curve. The commander, Emet-Selch, Unsundered, provides early card selection on attacks and transforms into Hades, Sorcerer of Eld once the graveyard reaches fourteen cards, allowing the entire graveyard to be cast during your turn. The deck quickly establishes board dominance using high-impact reanimation targets such as Hullbreaker Horror, Ardyn, the Usurper, and Zodiark, Umbral God. Sweepers like Living Death and Singularity Rupture clear opposing battlefields while fueling massive recursive swings. Evasion provided by Wonder and supplemental damage from Syr Konrad, the Grim allow the deck to systematically eliminate all opponents through flying combat damage and attrition by turn 7.
