New Untitled Deck

Format: Commander

Commander: Taborax, Hope's Demise

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Taborax, Hope's Demise leads a mono-black Cleric-value deck that converts creature deaths into card draw, +1/+1 counters, and incremental life-loss. The commander is the primary engine; Clerics are sacrificed to outlets like Acolyte of Aclazotz to draw cards and grow Taborax. The deck's secondary plan is recursion: Animate Dead, Reanimate, and graveyard-return spells bring back key pieces while token generators like Pawn of Ulamog and The Meathook Massacre turn every death into table-wide drain. There is no infinite combo; wins come from Twilight Prophet's upkeep drain, Bloodsoaked Reveler activations, and repeated death triggers, making this a long-threat deck that wins via attrition and flying beats.
