Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Boros aggressive deck designed around Winota, Joiner of Forces. The strategy focuses on curving out with evasive or token-generating non-Human creatures on Turns 1 through 3, including cards like Ornithopter, Gingerbrute, Clarion Spirit, and Raise the Alarm. On Turn 4, casting Winota and attacking immediately generates multiple combat triggers, digging six cards deep per attacker to cheat powerful Human creatures directly onto the battlefield tapped, attacking, and indestructible. Payoffs like Blade Historian, Angrath's Marauders, and Goldnight Commander multiply damage exponentially, allowing the deck to eliminate all three opponents on Turn 5. While the deck possesses explosive combat velocity and substantial virtual card advantage, it relies heavily on Winota's presence on the battlefield and remains vulnerable to timely creature removal prior to the declare attackers step or sweeper spells that exile.
