Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Glarb, Calamity's Augur pilots a Sultai lands-and-graveyard value deck that turns library order into a weapon. The plan is to ramp with extra land drops and land recursion, use Glarb's tap-to-Surveil plus top-deck casting to chain mana-value-four-and-greater spells, and finish with stacked combo lines: Tooth and Nail entwined into Protean Hulk and Viscera Seer chains into Warren Soultrader, Gravecrawler, and Blood Artist for an infinite drain; Doomsday into Laboratory Maniac is a second kill; Craterhoof Behemoth with Avenger of Zendikar and Scute Swarm wins through combat. The 99 is built on generational engines - Muldrotha, the Gravetide, The Gitrog Monster, Lumra, Bellow of the Woods, Aftermath Analyst, Bolas's Citadel - making the graveyard a second hand and the top of the library a third. The commander's cheap 3-mana cost makes him easy to recast, and the deck remains highly functional even when he is answered.
