Deck overview

This Rakdos deck leverages Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant to turn opponents against one another through relentless goad mechanics, unblockable shadow creatures, and high-velocity combat card draw. The deck establishes early board presence with low-mana evasive attackers like Changeling Outcast and Dauthi Slayer, followed by a turn 4 deployment of Karazikar. Attacking each opponent with evasive creatures taps critical blockers and goads opposing threats, triggering Karazikar's ability to draw cards and bleed opponents whenever they attack each other. As opponents whittle down each other's life totals, cards like Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos, Baeloth Barrityl, Entertainer, and Fiendish Duo accelerate the damage clock. The interaction suite relies heavily on redirection spells like Deflecting Swat and Bolt Bend to protect Karazikar and punish opposing removal. The deck finishes games around turn 7 by resolving game-ending spells like Insurrection, Mob Rule, or an overloaded Spectacular Showdown to eliminate the final surviving opponents.
