Deck overview

This is a mono-blue flying-tribal deck that wins through evasive combat and a tempo-control shell. The early game deploys cheap birds and cost reducers (Warden of Evos Isle, Kefnet's Monument, Sapphire Medallion), then chains card advantage off combat damage with Bident of Thassa, Coastal Piracy, Reconnaissance Mission, Enduring Curiosity, and Vulture, Feathered Fiend. The Lord of the Eagles enters at a steep discount once the board has enough flying power, acting as a flash 8/8 finisher that closes games via commander damage through Rogue's Passage or by overwhelming opponents with anthems like Favorable Winds, Gravitational Shift, and Door of Destinies. A countermagic shell and mass-bounce effects (Aetherize, Raise the Palisade, Spectral Deluge) reset boards and protect the swarm.
