Deck overview

Bard, King of Dale is a single-faced commander and the deck's engine: his replacement effects double every non-first draw and every token creation. The primary plan is to pair Bard with Mondrak and Anointed Procession, produce a massive Soldier/Monk/Angel board through attack triggers and instant token makers, then finish with Moonshaker Cavalry or Akroma's Will. The secondary plan is control-tempo: tax opponents with Rhystic/Mystic Remora, protect the kill with free interaction, and rebuild through wipes. There is no hidden or double-faced commander; Bard is the sole commander. The deck can strike as early as turn six with ideal mana, but normally lands the kill around turn seven.
