One Punch Azula by maxeffectx

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Grixis spellslinger-Voltron deck is built around Fire Lord Azula, whose attack trigger generates temporary red mana and copies every spell cast while she is attacking. The plan is to deploy Azula quickly, swing, and dump cheap instants-pumps, cantrips, burn, and interaction-during combat so each resolves twice. Primary wins come from lethal commander damage amplified by power-doublers and double strike, backed by an extra-combat finisher and a dense stack-control suite that protects the turn. Secondary avenues include magecraft value from Veyran, Voice of Duality, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Archmage Emeritus, drain and mana from Vivi Ornitier, and graveyard recursion via Underworld Breach plus flashback creatures. The low curve and heavy instant density let the deck function as both a tempo aggressor and a draw-go control deck that closes through combat.
