Deck overview

This Jeskai deck is a proliferate/combo engine built around Kilo, Apogee Mind, whose haste and tap-trigger proliferate turn every attack, untap effect, and mana-tap into a counter-acceleration event. The primary plan is to deploy a dense grid of proliferate permanents - Inexorable Tide, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, Contagion Engine, Flux Channeler, Surge Conductor - and then push one of several counter-based win lines across the finish line. The cleanest kill is Magistrate's Scepter reaching three charge counters for a chain of extra turns (three extra-turn cards in the list), while Urza, Lord High Artificer plus Dramatic Reversal generates infinite mana into Walking Ballista. Alternate routes include poison via Prologue to Phyresis/Blighted Agent, Darksteel Reactor's alternate victory, and All Will Be One converting every counter placement into direct damage. The commander is a cheap, repeatable accelerant rather than the sole win condition.
