Vivi Ornitier by user9695442

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier sits in the command zone as a one-shot ritual and a burn engine: every noncreature spell puts a counter on her and pings each opponent, then her {0} ability spends that power as a burst of U/R. The primary plan is a storm kill through Underworld Breach, looping Rite of Flame, Lotus Petal, and Brain Freeze out of the graveyard to mill every opponent. Grapeshot is the back-up storm finisher, while Veyran, Harmonic Prodigy, Guttersnipe, and Vivi's Persistence tokens turn cantrips into additional damage. Birgi and Electro provide mana-on-cast support. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around Vivi's front face and uses the Breach loop as its fastest deterministic finish.
