Idril, Keeper of Ravens by kohkoh

Format: Commander

Commander: Joshua, Phoenix's Dominant // Phoenix, Warden of Fire

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Joshua, Phoenix's Dominant is the engine of a Boros value deck that loots through the library, then transforms into Phoenix, Warden of Fire-a recurring saga that burns all opponents, reanimates up to six mana of creatures, and flips back for another cycle. A secondary equipment/voltron plan using Sram, Danitha, and Sigarda's Aid can win through commander damage or extra combat, while lifegain payoffs like Speaker of the Heavens and Griffin Aerie provide a long-game board. There is no hidden commander; Tiana and Sram are supporting legends. The deck is built primarily around Joshua's front face as card advantage and the back face as the payoff.
