Tom’s Tall Tales by CrazySquid96

Format: Commander

Commander: Tom Bombadil

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a five-color Saga-value deck built around Tom Bombadil. The primary plan is to deploy Sagas, accelerate their chapters, and let each resolved final chapter trigger Tom's chain ability to put another Saga directly onto the battlefield. Card advantage comes from a deep enchantress package - Sythis, Harvest's Hand, Argothian Enchantress, Enchantress's Presence, Satyr Enchanter, and Setessan Champion - while Goldberry, River-Daughter, Satsuki, the Living Lore, and Sigurd, Jarl of Ravensthorpe manipulate lore counters to trigger chapters early. The deck closes games by animating enchantments with Bello, Bard of the Brambles and Starfield of Nyx, draining with Narci, Fable Singer, or resolving giant Saga payoffs like Summon: Bahamut, Summon: Primal Odin, The Coming of Galactus, and There and Back Again.
