Format: Commander

Commander: Bumi, Unleashed

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Bumi, Unleashed commands an aggressive Gruul deck focused on land animation, multiple combat steps, and explosive mana generation. The primary strategy accelerates into Bumi to trigger earthbend 4, creating an immediate hasty land creature threat. When Bumi connects with combat damage, he untaps all your lands and grants an additional combat phase exclusively for land creatures. This untap effect multiplies your mana during combat, feeding lethal pump spells, extra attack lines, and finishers like Craterhoof Behemoth or Finale of Devastation. Secondary lines win via infinite combat steps using Aggravated Assault paired with Nature's Will, Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, or Ashaya, Soul of the Wild.
