Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered 4-color Polymorph Control deck commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The list is built around an entirely creatureless low end, filling the 99 with cheap noncreature token generators like Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Lingering Souls, alongside an extensive 13-piece mana rock acceleration suite. By ensuring that every creature in the library is a high-impact bomb (including Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, Archfiend of Despair, and The Ur-Sphinx), Jace's −3 loyalty ability reliably cheats an overwhelming threat onto the battlefield on Turn 5. Redundant cheat enablers like Proteus Staff, Synthetic Destiny, and Mass Polymorph provide backup and explosive board-flooding potential. Supported by efficient spot removal, asymmetric sweepers, and topdeck tucking via Brainstorm and Brainsurge, the deck controls the game before finishing opponents with evasive combat damage.
