Deck overview

This mono-black attrition deck focuses on aggressively attacking opponents' hands and converting discarded cards into asymmetric resources. Commanded by Tinybones, Bauble Burglar, the deck turns symmetric discard spells like Bottomless Pit, Delirium Skeins, and Dark Deal into massive card advantage by stashing opposing spells into exile for the pilot to cast. Once hands are stripped, oppressive pieces such as Tergrid, God of Fright and Oppression lock opponents out of complex interactions. With opponents forced into top-deck mode, the deck accelerates its mana using Cabal Coffers, Crypt Ghast, and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, culminating in a lethal Torment of Hailfire or steady life drain from Tinybones, Trinket Thief, Liliana's Caress, and Gray Merchant of Asphodel. The strategy excels at neutralizing fast combo and control decks by denying them the cards necessary to execute their plans.
