Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Kaalia of the Vast build designed to accelerate its commander, grant haste, and cheat game-ending Angels, Demons, and Dragons directly into combat. By bypassing high mana costs, the deck presents must-answer board states as early as Turn 4, featuring one-shot eliminations with Master of Cruelties, asymmetric board wipes with Balefire Dragon, and infinite combat steps via Aurelia, the Warleader and Helm of the Host. To protect its vulnerable commander, the list incorporates a dense suite of free and low-mana defensive spells such as Deflecting Swat, Flawless Maneuver, and Clever Concealment. While heavily reliant on Kaalia to maintain rapid deployment, the deck possesses immense pressure and stax-adjacent lockouts like Angelic Arbiter and Brisela, Voice of Nightmares that punish slower tables and close games decisively.
