Deck overview

This deck is a classic Grixis Wheel Burn strategy commanded by Nekusar, the Mindrazer. The plan centers on deploying redundant draw-punishers and chaining mass-draw spells to deal lethal burn damage to all opponents simultaneously. The deck leverages dense acceleration to land its commander or an alternative damage dealer by Turn 4, followed by wheel effects like Windfall, Wheel of Misfortune, and Echo of Eons on Turn 5. These wheels strip opponents of their sculpted hands while dealing massive burst damage. A single turn cycle later, a secondary wheel or direct burn spell like Molten Psyche eliminates all three opponents at 40 life. While highly consistent due to extensive redundancy and efficient tutors, the strategy is vulnerable to well-timed removal on its punishers, which can inadvertently hand opponents seven fresh cards if an answer resolves during a wheel.
